For this paper, we ask you to write a self-appraisal (completing all the readings for this module will facilitate an excellent self-appraisal). A self-appraisal is an honest look at your own leadership experiences, strengths, and future capacity. Here are some of the elements that you should cover in this self-appraisal:

What are your strengths as a leader?
What are your growth areas as a leader?
What leadership topics within this module resonate with you and why?
What one leadership habit will you try to develop (based on the readings for this module)?
