– Present a brief descriiption of charismatic and transformational leadership, and identify the attributes that can contribute to one’s leadership skills.
– Identify ways in which leadership can increase motivation, morale, and diversity in the workplace.
– Share how the Hersey-Blanchard Situational Leadership Model and the Vroom-Yetton Normative Decision Model can impact leadership effectiveness.
– Provide steps to assist leaders with facilitating change.
