To whom it may concern,
I’m writing you this letter as an anonymous whistleblower because of the fear of severe retaliation from my supervisor and the organization, which is occurring right now at our workplace. tom is our supervisor and currently under investigation for EO, sharp complaints and racial comments. Tom continuously promotes a hostile work environment, turning employees against each other by forming clicks that will protect him. His out-of-control behavior and belief that he’s above everything and can get away with everything has led him to openly brag about how he knew he was getting a job position before it was even posted, this is illegal within the state. He constantly defrauds the state by throwing away thousands of dollars of equipment into the dumpster. Tom bosses have put him in this position because they are good buddies, so they will cover for him. He will target anyone that goes against what he says and tries to look for an excuse to write them up. We are asking for an outside investigator, not the state, to come and do an internal investigation, because the state will try to cover everything up and can’t be trusted. I am afraid that one day the tension is going to reach a boiling point and individuals are going to get hurt or even fired. Yes, that’s how bad it is here, Come and investigate, you will be in shock.
