The project is a 20-minute PowerPoint presentation on English Commercial Law with a Focus on the Fiduciary Duties of Agents. There needs to also be a separate handout that is more detailed than the PowerPoint that contains the references/research. The references must be OSCOLA style. Utilize cases, some journal articles, quotes from the judges in the cases.
