The Legislature has approved Cal ICH to administer a third round of grant funding for the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program (HHAP-3). This is a $1billion dollar grant program for specific grantees within the state. The Technical Assistance (TA) Unit will be responsible for hiring an external Technical Assistance Contractor to assist HHAP-3 grantees in spending their grant funding effectively to provide services to people experiencing homelessness in their community.
You have been assigned as the Lead Analyst to develop a Request for Proposal (RFP)for a new TA contract and must review the statute to support the development of the RFP. Please use the information provided below to answer the questions and create a proposal for a Scope of Work (SOW). This SOW will be used to enter into a TA contract with an external contractor. This response should be no longer than 2 pages.
