Write a literature review on leadership competencies for developing other leaders. The purpose of this literature review is to demonstrate a knowledge on the different approaches in understanding, measuring, and using leadership competencies as it relates to leadership development. Compare and contrast a secular approaches and biblical approaches for understanding and measuring leadership competencies and non-competency approaches in understanding effective leadership. You can take this topic in whatever direction is most relevant to your research interests. For example, if your research interest is the role of HR leaders in minimizing employee turnover, you can search for articles more specific to that context and application.
• Content should be a minimum of 4-5 pages in length not including the title and reference pages.
• Include a minimum of 8 peer reviewed articles.
• Articles should also be included in the separate reference page.
• Quality of content should support academic-level standards including APA 7 formatting, depth of analysis, clarity of writing, and organization of content. This paper must include an introduction to introduce its objective, a body to conduct the literature review/analysis, and a conclusion to provide the end results/recommendations based on the literature review.
