OVERVIEW & REQUIREMENTS:The video presentation of a leader requires you to work with approximately 4 of your teammates (team of 5) to create a 15-minute video. Your team will then upload the link to the video on the assignment page. Preparing the final presentation is likely to take a good deal of time so plan accordingly to complete it by the due date listed on the course schedule.
The video needs to cover these 5 items:
1.The leader’s background (educational, personal, career path)
2.The company or country she or he leads
3.His/her leadership style
4.His/her emotional intelligence using the 4 dimensions mentioned in class and the book
5.Whether you think she/he is an effective leader and why.
