My daily task
Receive new Purchase order and update in company system
Create new order for delivery from sap and send it to warehouse to deliver as purchase order mentioned to hospital or patient .
I handle the consignment order items to deliver as hospital need urgently for cardio operation or surgical orthopedic operation or patient delivery on time .
I preparing daily report for the tracking delivery sheet and send it to wh .
I handle the responsibility for Jhah (Aramco )project .
I receive all new purchase orders and request for quotation
And quoted RFQ then update them
Receive any urgent order for the JHAH hospital as soon as possible
Update JHAH finance department with last invoiced and gr for consumed items such valves that used in cardio order consignment to complete payment process
Receive the notfcation payment ,
Consumption letter for consumed items
Receive reminder for remaining item in purchase order to be delivered on time
Weekly Update all sales with outstanding orders for each division to prepare to delivery
Receive any order from my manager and paper to be finish urgently such extract report from sys
Or fix it an issue facing us
Helping another department when needs any support to provide them with update report
Or clarifying any invoice or return sales
