To help you understand what will occur at court, you have decided to prepare one of your required papers that must be submitted for your internship credit. The paper will focus on practices and procedures used to ensure victim safety and offender accountability. Additionally, the court advocate suggested you review the NDAA article titled “National Domestic Violence Prosecution.” She stated that multiple practices and procedures are covered that will help you understand what occurs at court.
