General Formatting Instructions:
Your essay must be at least 1500 words (approximately 4-5 pages), not counting the Title Page or References Page. Microsoft Word has a word count feature, and you can usually view the word count in the bar at the bottom of Word. If necessary, search Google for help on how to view the Word count in Microsoft Word. Screenshots and images do not count towards your page count, so adjust accordingly.
Font should be Arial 10.
Essay should be double-spaced
Margins should be 1-inch on each side
Sub-headings should be centered and bold
Paragraphs of text should be left-justified
Write in full sentences and complete paragraphs — no lists or bullet statements.
Reference list and in-text citations should be in APA format. You must use at least 3 references, and APA requires at least 1 in-text citation corresponding to each reference in your reference list.
Please download the attached template and follow the instructions for each section.
The template document is also formatted correctly for your essay, so you are encouraged to write directly in the attached document (replacing the paragraphs of instruction with your paragraphs addressing each section).
