Please follow the rubric in the back of the instructions. Use my first draft review annotations as guide as to what my professor expects. My unknown bacteria is gram negative and I highly suspect it is E.coli based on my patient selected in the lab instructions. It should include all 11/12 procedures. Enclosed are the files for each exercise and some lab notes of what was unitized and some results but it is limited so feel free to use your discretion and make it simple. This is a big determining factor for my grade and I expect a letter grade of an A. Thank you!
