Introductory paragraph
This paragraph should be a minimum 6-8 sentences and include information on the biology and function of the Winogradsky column as well as its historical background
Hypothesis
Hypothesis should be a succinct statement of what you expect to happen in your column based on your background research (reading). It should be very specific to a pattern or observation. You can also include some descriiptive sentences as to why you expect that result.
Results
A minimum of two pictures of the column are to be submitted (one at the beginning and one the week the progress report is due). A data table for observations should be created that at minimum has columns including date, visual observations, other observations/notes (smell, weather conditions, notes)
Methods and Materials
A detailed descriiption of your methods used to construct the column and the materials used. This should be detailed enough so that someone could replicate the column.

week 1 experiment was set up
week 2 the column separated in two regions sediment and water, water brown
week 3 mostly the same but just white bubbles on top.
week 4 and 5 sediment looks hard, columns smells is unplesant
the set up of the column set up follow the general instructions available, water was taken from park pond, tennis balls bottle was used, paper towel as cellulose, egg.
