Using course resources related to Organization Assessment create a one page assessment tool that focuses on
cultural competence,
diversity, equity and
inclusion.
Note that you are not completing your own assessment of the organization. Rather, you are creating a tool for the agency itself for its use in furthering its initiatives that address cultural competence, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Your Organization Assessment will be included in your final training activity. Your training participants will use the Organization Assessment at the end of your training to create their own organizational action plan to move their agency forward in the three areas indicate above.
This assignment should not exceed one page.
