Find a peer-reviewed journal article that is a literature review you will use as a source in your own literature review.
RESEARCH TOPIC: Explore theories used to increase employee engagement and motivation in the Healthcare Industry.
Provide a critical analysis of the article focusing on:
-what is the purpose of the paper and is it clearly shared
-what are the specific research question/hypotheses in the study
-what are the limitations of the study (e.g. limitations of research method, limitations of sampling location, size and/or location)
-what are the major findings of the study and how convincing they are.
-Include minimum two direct or indirect quotations from the article, and a reference that adhere to APA standards.
