Module 3: My Value Proposition, Assets & Accomplishment Statements
In module 3, we explored the importance of delivering a concise, consistent, and compelling message to the potential employer. This message is your value proposition. Your value proposition should answer the employer’s question of “why should we hire you instead of the other candidates?”. If you do not know the answer to this question, it cannot be communicated throughout the job search process. This is great news because you have achieved accomplishments! Rather than telling potential employers what to believe, you must indicate what you have achieved.
