This research project looks to have many sections and details . The general instructions are in the attached doc. It is supposed to be a PP but I prefer to have it in a report doc and then I can put the Information in the PP. However if I need a PP later we can work on that to and I will pay the difference. I also uploaded a doc with the sample to develop the PICO questions. The PP attached it is an example of how the professor wants the Information be distributed in each slides. so you can use it as guiltiness and organization. there is also another doc with goals and objectives( that was a previous assignment) but there is one section related to those golas and objectives. I am a nurse having practium at a hospice floor. called Vitas Unit at Hialeah hospital. We are supposed to see what can be improved, let’s say something related to the units, like : assist more patient when it is time to feed to encourage patient to eat and we make sure how well they are eating, no just leaving the tray at bedside because because when lunch tray arrived we realized that breakfast was not eaten. So that way we can measure why patient it is not eating( food likes and dislikes, preferences, appetite etc) also measure patient for pain management , there is always space for Improvement in this topic since it is one of the major priorities in a hospice floor, make sure if pt its comfortable or in distress. ANYWAY lie can keep in touch bc I feel it is a lot, we can work little by little and if possible you can send me a draft to see how it is going on so I can turn my Assignment successfully not just send It for revision in a hurry. Make sure there is not plegirism bc it will be turn in turntis
