This is a CONCEPT paper for CAPSTONE. You will need to complete Chapters 1&2 only. DO NOT COMPLETE CHAPTERS 3&4. I have provided the Template for the project. The template is VERY SPECIFIC in what it is asking for. PEASE follow this. The Chapters have sections in the template that will need to be completed. I have also provided my original work for the project. I am trying to justify rebuilding asylums for mental health patients and their importance in the community. This has to be tied into Public Administration and the overall impact on it. It also needs some biblical references as well since this is a Christian school.
