The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of GLP-1 medication as a weight loss intervention in adults with obesity, compared to lifestyle modifications alone. Specifically, this study aims to examine the impact of GLP-1 medication on weight loss, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, and metabolic outcomes, such as glycemic control and blood pressure, in adults with obesity.
