 The purpose of this activity is to introduce you to championship basketball coach Ron Adams, widely regarded as one of the coaching profession’s great mentors. Coach Adams has won multiple NBA championships as an assistant coach with the Golden State Warriors and has made a career as a trusted member of other coaches’ learning and support networks . You will prepare a four- to five-page typed report describing Coach Adams’ journey and characteristics as a coach mentor. Use the material from the resource list below. Supplement these sources with at least 2 other references. Complete the paper by describing how you will encourage your coaches to find and/or be a mentor to others. Include a reference page and cite your reference in the paper using APA publishing style. The library has resources to help you.
