Take on the role of the lead investigator for the same research question that you used as part of the activity in Section 1.5 ‘UREC decision tool’.
At the beginning of your assignment, clearly state the research question. Then give a brief description of its main aim, the type of study design (e.g systematic review; analysis of a dataset, qualitative research etc).
Identify your responsibilities in relation to the ethical principles of research conduct across all aspects of the research project.
Include aspects associated with society, ethics and governance, and reflect on the requirements of The University of Manchester alongside that of regulations enforceable in England.
Explain how you will minimise the risks and harms that could arise from implementing this project.

I will be using the working with professionals method by interviewing two people one is Assistant Dean of Medical Education and One is the head of AI ino Medical Education research team. and some autoethnography for the project.Please refer to the RSiP and methodology submitted along with the comments in the RSiP Document.Also the research questions are only How does AI reshape Educational Leadership and what are the comptenecies require to leverage the AI’s potential in educational leadership role and What are the risks and challenges associated with the implementation of AI in educational leadership?
