Please write a Persuasive Essay. The topic is ″Is inaction on climate change a sign of market failure″. The main ideas are to persuade readers to think about both sides of the argument, the positives and negatives of whether there is enough of or too little action on climate change. Some of these ideas could be misallocation of resources, inaction of climate change may bring to light a wide array of negative externalities which companies might exert to third parties, or talking about the present rather than the future. The structure should be 700-800 words using information, with 1 introduction paragraph, 3 body paragraphs, and a conclusion. I have attached the rubric below for you to see the marking guide, don′t worry about the words as this persuasive essay should take up 700-800/1000 of the words I need.
