Consider the following-
You work for a successful clothing company in Bahrain that provides a range of men′s and women′s adult (45+ age) clothing in the region. Your company has had further venture capitalist investment and wants to expand into younger (˂18) clothing segments within the Middle East region.
You have been asked to write a business plan covering the key considerations for expansion into potential new clothing segments and are going to use it to ‘sell’ your business idea to your board of directors. These are your target audience, and although you should include correct referencing this is not a traditional piece of academic writing.
Your submission is a Word document that clearly includes the following key headlines –
1. Executive Summary – 1 page.
2. Table of Contents – 1 page.
3. Explain how Geographic, Demographic, Psychographic and Behavioral segmentation theory will influence your choice of new clothing segments for expansion.
4. Conduct a PESTLE analysis of the clothing sector pressures to support your answer.
5. Identify how you would research the information that would indicate there is a gap in new clothing segments.
6. Identify the key internal and external buyer behaviour influences that may influence the new segment buyers of your clothing. 2 pages.
7. Explain how the services 3-Ps could enhance new clothing segments offerings. 2 pages.
8. Appendix – Any other data you may provide.
