The feedback on this draft is that: “This paper relies heavily on the position of the OCPP, which is not much of a scholarly resource in any event, without reflecting sustained effort to find & address counterarguments.” Can you please update the paper to do this?
The additional writing will go into the section on page 15 that says, “Oregon Should Repeal its Individual Taxpayer Kicker Law to Ensure its Economy is Protected During Times of Recession.” The additional writing should flow with this argument.
The number of sources used is insignificant, but if you can find more sources, that is good.
