Responses must be typed and must include a cover page and reference list per APA standards. Please submit as a Word document, using your last name and the assignment name (CS1, CS2, etc.) as the file name. First person narrative is acceptable, where appropriate. Please include the entire question with each of your responses; do not include the case presentation information itself (for the sake of space).
