Select a multinational company of your choosing. Using the host country in which it is
principally based and at least one other country it operates, assess and develop a
leadership plan on how you, as the CEO of this company, would insure diversity
conscious leadership to promote organizational success and sustainability.
Instructions:

Select a multinational company and determine other countries in which it operates.
Compare and contrast how these countries are similar or different on Hofstede’s 6
Cultural Dimensions. How would these cultural dimensions represented in these
different countries inform your conscious leadership strategy? With this information,
coupled with the course reading, provided resources, and research, discuss at least 5
primary strategies you will employ to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
across the organization globally. Will these strategies differ based on the location of the
organization? Why or why not? Provide rationale for your response and defend your
answers.
