Checklist, and 2) Conscious Leadership Readiness Assessment.
Conscious companies are better brought about by people who actively engage in
conscious leadership behaviors. Use the assessment to get feedback on how well you
practice conscious leadership behaviors.
Following the completion of these assessments and reflecting on these results and what
has been learned through the course, resources, readings and research, students will
individually prepare an individually prepared reflective journal answering the presented
questions, all parts, to assess individual takeaways from the course about DEIB and
leadership’s role in creating diversity consciousness culture, and supporting policies and
practices. Discuss the major takeaways from what you have learned about DEIB,
diversity conscious leadership and culture. What will you do with this new knowledge
and learning in the future? How will it inform your human capital strategies as a leader?
Requirements:
Journal narrative should be at least 250 words and answer all questions, all parts.
