For this assignment, you need to create a lesson plan. My topic is “Tobacco and Alcohol.” I will provide you with the template and I will also provide you a sample lesson plan for a different topic. The format should be the same.
Make sure there are at least 5 measurable objectives. Also, make sure to create Appendix. In the Appendix, make sure to have a Pre-Test questions and a Post-Test questions.
