4. Organization and Management: How is your business going to be structured? What level of management will be running the company? Are you a Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, or a Corporation?
5. Service or Product Line: Describe what product you intend to sell or service you intend to provide.
6. Marketing and Sales: What are your strategies in capturing the market?
7. Funding Request: How do you obtain your initial capital (startup costs) to fund your initial equipment, rent, wages, utilities, etc.
8. Financial Projections: Based on item 7 above, this is where you develop a budget. Since you are purchasing a franchise, you may have to request for available Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and the Statement of Cash Flow.
