This paper, Assignment #4, is the easiest and final paper of the course. In MLA style, the student
must write a 1000-word paper that offers in detail what she, he, or they has learned in this course
about her, his, or their writing abilities and skills. The student should think about the textbooks,
assignments, Zoom meetings, e-mail exchanges, phone calls, help from Waubonsee’s Tutoring
Services and Smarthinking, the assignments and their requirements, and her, his, or their work
ethic, effort, and grades to create a well-written and thorough analysis of her, his, or their
learning for the course. The student should consult the “Course Learning Outcomes” section
above (p. 3 of the syllabus) to generate ideas and language for the paper. We will not have a
workshop for this final assignment; the student should be capable of writing this self-evaluation
with little assistance at the end of ENGLISH 102. This assignment is worth 100 points, and it is
due by or before and no later than 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, 1 May into Canvas Module #4.
