In the CountryManager Simulation, by default, all production takes place in the home country unless you build a plant in one of the countries in Asia. You can build only one plant in the region, so you should consider your decision carefully before selecting a location. Further, you may increase or decrease the capacity of your plant up to 500 million each period, and it takes one full year for new capacity to become available. All production over a local plant’s capacity is done in the home country. This assignment will give you practice in evaluating plant costs and help you to answer the question of “where to build the manufacturing facility.”Requirements: 4 hours
