-How a health plan would determine which vaccines to cover (having drug names is not enough as the formulary coding is done with NDCs, GPIs, CPT codes, etc. Look into these different codes and see if you can come up with a list – a separate excel file is fine for this)

-Summarize a situation where a member would be VFC eligible, and go through who would pay for this vaccine for the member
