6. Is there evidence of an apostrophe in the poem? Why is it this reference? What does it mean?
7. Is there use of metonymy? What does it mean?
8. Is there use of synecdoche? What does it mean?
9. From what point of view is it expressed? Why is that significant?
10. Are any of the “-als” (This is my reference.) evident? (Spiritual, financial, economical, social, political, relational, marital, internal (struggle/influence), external (struggle/influence), mental, communal, revelational, etc.). What do they mean?
11. Are numbers referenced? What do they mean?
12. How is the device of time utilized/referenced in this poem/work?
