PAST/PRESENT: Find a location (city, state, country, or region) that has experienced a Biological / Climatological event recently (last decade or so) and in the past (decades or centuries ago). Compare and contrast the events and their effects to people and property (Past and Present) (Pro/Con), Comparison/Contrast, etc… This template provides the minimum criteria to earn a passing grade.
