YOUR 2 day dietary record. INSTRUCTIONS: This part of the project comprises creating a profile in Nutrition calc plus system and entering everything you eat for 2 full days. This data will then be used for the other parts of your project. Navigate to NutritionCalc Plus by clicking on the link on the left side bar of the Connect home screen (located below the e-book link under “Resources”) 2. Click on the Profiles tab. 3. Using the Choose Profile drop-down menu, select New Profile. 4. Create a new profile for yourself using your height, birthdate, and activity level. Choose “Sedentary” unless you are particularly active. STEP 2: INPUT FOODS 1. Go to the Intakes tab. 2. Select the first date you tracked your foods for. 3. On that date, select meal type (snack, breakfast, lunch, dinner), and search for the foods you ate for that meal. Click Save. 4. Repeat for all the meals and snacks you ate that day. 5. Repeat those steps for the second day of intakes, entering all food and drink consumed for the full day. STEP 3: PULL “ALL REPORTS” REPORT 1. Go to the Reports tab 2. Select “All reports” report 3. Check the box next to the appropriate date, check the boxes for all meals and snacks, choose PDF for the report format, and click View Report. 4. Depending on your device’s settings, the report may open automatically, or you may need to locate and click to download the files.
