Part 1: Company Overview and Social Media Template
Select a company to use each week to build a social media marketing plan. The social media marketing plan will be created in weekly steps for the class assignments. It is recommended for students to research a company with a company website and currently using Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly known as Twitter). Check to see if the company is using these social media sites. Students may also use their own company. If you are using your own company and are not on multiple social media sites, the project can still work for your company.
Be sure to review the rubric before starting the project. The rubric provides details on each section of the graded assignment.
