You have to choose one of the 5 policies (the one you are most comfortable with) which you believe is the best to go forward as a climate change solution. I personally believe either number 4 or 5 would be the best and most realistic but you are free to choose another if you can demonstrate it is the best. You have to argue (thesis) using scholarly sources (no specific number required but use at least 3 as it is a research paper) why it is the best. Argue its strengths and mention a couple of weaknesses. Finally, you have to demonstrate how it is feasible politically. The full instructions are in the attached pdf file. Thank you very much:)
