HR Predictive Dashboard Final Assignment
Instructions
You will use the skills that you have learned in Business Statistics (BUS315) to perform analysis of your data. You will identify key metrics in the data and create KPIs to track those metrics. We will use those KPIs to create dashboards that allow for comparative and other visualizations of the data. This will allow the business unit to perform analysis to predict future outcomes, allowing you to gain valuable insights and make more informed business decisions.
Remember that at this point, your design decisions should be made to facilitate using the data to make decisions regarding hiring, compensation, training, job design, and
other talent management practices. Thus, ensure your KPIs measure data points suitable for predicting churn or employee severance from the organization
