Hi i would like you to write a reflective report and this is the question
This 2500-word reflective report will contain four patches, each one will relate to an area of the NMC code. Each patch must discuss your practice experience and relate to a different professional standard of practice and behaviour (THE CODE, 2018). Your competence within the standard must be demonstrated and you should also focus on one area within the standard that you wish to advance in.
Please also find attached the questions you have to answer in the report and the instructions for everything else.
What you’ll write about is how there was shortage in staff and I became the one to provide patients with their meds. Please make sure to use first person view
