a Describe the current workflow in narrative (refer to figure 1).
b. Describe what problem you will address and what you want to achieve with information technology. Include at least one article relevant to the problem, beyond the posted course readings. Use APA format.
c. Describe in narrative the workflow after the requested changes (refer to figure 2).
d. What products or services will be needed to make the changes?
e. Who are the key internal or external “customers” of the changes (i.e. who will be affected)?
f. What could staff do to implement this change process? (i.e. training, equipment, etc.)

reference should be less than 5 years. The description of the workflow must be specific and detailed for both before and after. The diagrams must include swimlanes, a starting point and at least one end point (ovals), decision points (diamonds) with options for each decision (arrows with text attached) leading to other processes (rectangles). Someone should be able to pick up the workflow diagram and follow it step by step . see example to follow.
