You will write a 2 page summary of a special needs or behaviorally challenged student. The goal is to produce a summary that could be utilized either in an IEP meeting, for a behavioral health provider or another educator/ administrator. The instructor will go over a template that you may be able to us as a guide. There are three possibilities attached here. If you already use one in a classroom setting, feel free to use your current work as an example. Please do remove student name and any identifying features of the student or setting you are referencing.
