For this assignment, you will cover the following areas:
Using theoretical research, explain how these five ethical leadership principles could influence the proposed project.
What strengths do you have in terms of these principles, and how will these support you in leading this project?
What are your weaker areas? How might these affect the project identified?
What support from the readings can you use to assist you?
Explain how your leadership skills impact the culture of your community and society at large.
