If you would like to design a website for a business or non-profit organization, you need to contact the owner to obtain agreement and information before you start the project.
You need to submit 1) a scanned copy or photocopy of the signed agreement unless you are the owner/manager/partner of the business or the website is for your “small business/entrepreneurship” and 2) a write-up about the work you’ve done based on a template and related links to your website and template
Think about the web design rules in the supplementary document (or search some design principles and best practices online) while creating your website
Option 2: Tech Report

Aim for quality over quantity (e.g., I would rather see your own perspective instead of the reiteration of others’ opinions)
