Write an essay on a legal topic of your choice relating in some way to the construction industry.
For Example, discuss a construction accident or failure from different perspectives to cover what happened, who is thought/found to be at fault (owner, architect, general contractor, subcontractor…) and why…
Covering aspects like (as applicable): insurance, claims, damages, liability, torts, contracts, defenses, limitations, contracts, standard of care, negligence…

A potential topic is the Hard Rock collapse in New Orleans, LA.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-pages (double-spaced), not including footnotes or end-notes, size 12 Times New Roman font.
Structure your essay with an introduction section, a discussion section, and a conclusion section.
Cite all sources appropriately with in text citations and a references section in the end.
Pay attention to organization, format, vocabulary, grammar, and correct usage of legal terms.
*Make sure there are good and enough sources (articles, discussions, reports…) for the topic.
