All formal writing requirements apply, however, as this is not a research paper, I do not expect any citations other than the hearings, themselves (you MAY use more sources, but be sure that they are valid academic or journalistic publications. You may use MLA, if you have citations (but if you have them, they must be right, along with a proper works cited page).
