Unsing the assignment rubric for the grading criteria you are to write a research paper by choosing a topic in employment law (topic is The Tension Between an employer’s right to maintain a drug free workplace, and individual rights in response to the evolving legalization of recreational marijuana). This paper should be more than just a general discussion or summary of the topic you select, rather you need to explore it in the context of your own profession or organization (I work for Ascension Healthcare).
