This paper is research proposal that will focus on getting autonomous vehicles off the road specifically in Austin Texas until further testing has been done to its safety, decision making, etc. This paper must have 0 MLA errors (in-text citations, correctly formatted quotes, etc.) and a works cited page. This paper must have an introduction and conclusion. This paper must have a strong and clear thesis and conclusion. Each paragraph must have a strong topic and transition sentence.
