Draft a paper that explores the court structure you have chosen. Only write about one system. Do not write about both topics or you will lose points. Please include the following topics:
The court structure/hierarchy; define/describe each
Terms for Judges (i.e., how long do the Judges serve)
Jurisdiction of lowest court; types of cases
Requirements to file a case
You can discuss any or other aspects that you discover. However, you must include these 4 topics.
Your paper should be a Word document (.doc or docx) in essay format, and be at least 3 pages double spaced, 12 pt. Times New Roman font with 1-inch margins. Only words will count as pages.
