This is the final draft of your paper. Be sure that you have re-read the “about the paper” document in the “Welcome” folder and that your paper meets all of the criteria. Do not forget to delete your outline and replace it with formal text for this assignment.
You use the APA Style (I’ll provide a template) that includes
a title page
an abstract
a body that contains a minimum of 10 pages
a reference page that cites at least 10 Supreme Court cases
You should use a formal writing style.
You should not make any arguments about whether the current law is right/wrong or good/bad. We are just stating what the current law is.
Your title should clearly state what you are going to talk about, and you should stick to that topic in your body.
Grammar and punctuation are important!
All of your sources must be primary legal sources (i.e., actual SCOTUS cases)
All work must be submitted as a Microsoft Word file (.docx).
