This is a group project so you will only be doing 1/3 of case analysis. So we will focus on the half of the analysis of the case, and inclusion of one outside source on top of the ethical theories we used to determine what we would do. (~350 words)

Example: 1) If I were Mr. Levine, I would talk with other administrative people and teachers to come up with a set of standards that teachers should be held accountable to. Coming from someone with a progressive and critical theory philosophy of teaching, these standards would include making sure ALL students succeed, think, and take their learning beyond the walls of the school. Then I would require all of my teachers to write a proposal stating how their grading policies help every student achieve those three goals. If they cannot justify their grading policy based on the standards, I would provide additional professional development courses to help them get there. Teachers don’t magically have the freedom to do anything they want once they secure their job, they still have to follow the rules of the school and be held accountable if they are not meeting the standards laid out for them.
