– answer the 4 questions in the document (refer to the case study), identify and assess their key issues, and make recommendations for improvement through the lens of the two case studies chosen
– for question 1 the key issues are 1. High employee turnover, 2. lack of intrinsic motivation, 3. unestablished progression path for employees in VISION VISTA, and, 4. company fails to recognize and reward outstanding employee contributions. all of these lead to demotivation in employees.
– for question 2, the case study used should be Maslow and Herzberg (incorporate both of them for every point made)
